Aerial Fabric Classes
Ready to take flight in flowing fabric?
Aerial silks uses two separate pieces of fabric where you'll climb, wrap, and execute breathtaking drops and sequences – it's dynamic, challenging, and absolutely stunning.
Aerial sling (also called hammock) uses a looped fabric that offers more support, making it perfect for building confidence and strength while you learn spins, flips, and poses with a bit more security.
Both will have you feeling powerful and graceful, but sling gives you that extra cradle of support while silks lets you flow with two independent lengths of fabric!

Aerial Apparatus Classes
Ready to soar on steel?
Aerial lyra (also called aerial hoop) has you creating stunning shapes, spins, and balances inside a suspended circular hoop – it's elegant, powerful, and perfect for striking those jaw-dropping poses.
Dance trapeze uses a horizontal bar where you'll flow through dynamic rolls, transitions, and choreographed sequences that emphasize graceful movement and artistry.
Both build incredible upper body strength and body awareness, but lyra is all about the hoop's circular structure for creative poses, while trapeze focuses on that flowing, acrobatic choreography across the bar!

Pole Dance & Fitness
Pole fitness is where strength training meets dance in the most empowering way possible – you'll build serious upper body, core, and grip strength while learning spins, climbs, and gravity-defying tricks that'll make you feel like an absolute badass.
Whether you're drawn to the athletic side or the flowy choreography, it's a full-body workout that boosts confidence and strength faster than you ever imagined, no experience required!

Cardio Fitness & Flexibility
Get your heart pumping with our high-energy cardio classes!
Bungee fitness straps you into a harness so you can literally bounce, fly, and defy gravity through low-impact cardio and strength training – it's exhilarating and easy on your joints.
SHiNE Dance Fitness blends jazz, ballet, and hip hop in a HIIT format with current hits that'll have you feeling confident and strong.
Zumba brings the party with Latin and international rhythms and easy-to-follow moves that make you forget you're working out.
All three will have you sweating and smiling, but whether you want to fly, feel empowered, or salsa your way fit – we've got the perfect vibe for you!

Our youth circus program is all about exploring the amazing world of aerial arts in a way that’s fun, safe, and totally empowering. We’re here to help our young flyers build strength, flexibility, and unstoppable confidence – all while flipping, climbing, spinning, and smiling their way through every class.
We create a body-positive, all-inclusive space where every student can shine. Our goal? For every kiddo to leave class feeling proud of what they accomplished – whether it’s their first foot lock or nailing that tricky transition they’ve been working on.
